Heads Deffo been turned but I'm not sure about him being able to be a superstar tbh...

Martinez used to say we were phenomenal after a heavy defeat so Ross should have known better than listen to him lol

It can only be for a club above us in the league with a bright future - spurs.

Porch likes his players with a touch of aggression about them. He looks to be planning for life without Dele or the danish lad.

Moshiri has signed up a gambling/international mafia company as Everton's new sponsor and forced them to rent his Liver building office space.

No news on stadium funding.

PJS was right. He called it straight away. I had a suspicion that once the Council were so heavily involved, the new stadium must be tied to the CG bid.

Evertonians praying now we don't get the games <laugh>

Would you expect a roof though? I wouldn't. Which sort of rules out the warehouse design like Lucas Oil. As someone has said on that link, maybe he's not taking the weather into consideration but I doubt it will be an open bowl like those pictures posted.

Shouldn't you guys be concentrating on LFC transfers over bitching about Everton....

Ok I know you haven't signed anyone yet but you could post even more about your tool of a manager getting caught tapping up a player that's at your feeder club<laugh>

How do you fit a running track into a four sided design, which is what fans want I believe.
The stadium was never going to a traditional 4 stand open corners build, Meis has been clear that the atmosphere and intimacy of the build won't be compromised by a temporary track fitment.

I thought the news about the stadium being used for the CG bid had only been announced a few hours ago. When did Meis leak the news about a temporary track? And when did you know it wasn't going to be four sided?

First thing this morning.

4 sided stadiums always have the corners as a compromise, they're only used these days for cheap identikit builds - see Kirkby for details

I guess there's two designs he's working on based on Liverpool getting the CG or not. It would be a shame to compromise the design for a one off event unless it also transpires that should we get the games, the stadium could not only be used for athletics for that but also in the future, making it an option for European athletic events, rolling the track out when needed.
