I immediately thought that HIAG and Saints are definitely not the same person, as evidenced by the 4 page private conversation I had with HIAG and Spurlock a couple months back when HIAG and I agreed he would tag me everytime Piskie mentioned him, but I came to believe it purely because Saints popped up everywhere HIAG went to "like" his posts and then bash Piskie for absolutely no reason whatsoever.

I will never forget Piskie lying to the mods to get HIAG site banned for a couple of days, and I will never forget HIAG's numerous Wum threads on the Chelsea board in the last few weeks, which has, unfortunately, by popular demand, lead to a reinstatement of his ban from said board.....not that that means much, it's pretty much a wasteland these days.

It's not like I had a horse in this race. I simply came to believe they were the same because Saintsfan, whether intentionally or not, made it seem that way. But I really do not give a **** either way.

Saints will be up in a few moments to say a few words and to accept the award, but I'd just like to say a few words.

It's been a tough couple of years, lads, but I never had any doubts that - with your help and wum-support - we'd pull through this. I'd like to thank my family, my friends, and my agent - oh, and also my local fishing tackle supplier, without whom Saints and I could never have landed so many juicy fishes. In the end, we probably only needed a giant net, as most of the silly ****ers landed themselves... but, anyhow. Thanks for the support, lads!

I love you all. Apart from Skiddy.

You dont remember HIAG and me agreeing he would tag me everytime Piskie mentioned him unprovoked in a thread.
And I ended up getting spammed by 300 tags by the end of the day, and then Piskie going to the mods saying that HIAG was harrassing me and getting him site banned, even though he knew damn well we had agreed to it?

I can post the entire conversation if you want :)

I didn't say he was harassing you, I said he was spamming the threads. Which he was. He was even tagging you in comments that had **** all to do with him. <laugh>

I think it would certainly deserve one.

Perhaps we should start a Saints/HIAG Memorial thread? It could stand as the Twin Towers of this board, a testament to all the idle-wumsters who lost their credibility during the debacle. It would include a roll-call of shame, and perhaps the odd obituary.

Was between me, HIAG, Saintsfan, Spurlock, PnP and NSIS.

I am not saying that every tag was warranted.
After the first 50 I stopped checking to be honest <doh>

I just dont think a post with a tag in it is disruptive. and certainly not cause for a Site ban!
