Fine detective work my good man.
So the noise was a secret City of Culture event attracting 3000 people to an event right near where I live that I knew nothing about.
I suppose there is some logic in not telling anyone about it...after all 13000 people turned up at 9 burger vans in Trinity square.....
I think the idea was the noise would make people come out of their houses and see what was happening

The best ghettoblasters were twin deck, for two cassettes......
I have got a Virgin credit card, the design is below, born from the days of Virgin records...
I once used it, not in Hull, and the young girl said thats unusual, what is it????
Obviously I am not Richard Branson........or am I.....no I'm not.....I don't think.

I had the Hitachi 3-D Super Woofer twin deck, what a machine that was.

That would be it. Just back from the show, it's well worth a visit and on for two more nights.
I am in town for a great cultural weekend.
We are going to East Park tonight.
Been safty to Uni for portraits and sculpture trail.
Just managed to get tickets for Dick the Turd at Hull Truck tomorrow.
Poppys and Humber Street tomorrow morning. All topped off by seeing the mighty tigers get 3 points in the afternoon.
