How have I "****ed up and disappeared" and where is the "hole" that I dug?

I have a busy afternoon and evening, and all Hell breaks loose on this thread!

You boys need to relax.

I rattle you when I am here, I rattle you when I am absent. This gift of mine is so often a curse!

Agreed ... you weren't just shaken ... you were right royally, rattled and rolled <rofl>

Very! <laugh>

What do the Southampton fans make of the development of the two players you sold to Arsenal?
About what you expected or not done as well as you'd hoped?

Disappointing, obviously.

Theo first; Arsenal was the wrong club for him as going there was never going to allow him to play to his strengths imo. That's not really a criticism of the lad or of Wenger, but Theo needs to be allowed to chase balls played in behind defenders, then he will be devestating. But no one really leaves space in behind when they play Arsenal so he doesn't get the chance to terrify defences in the way he is capable of.

Oxtail-Chamberpot: Of all the young talent I have seen at Saints (& I include Gareth Bale in this) he was the one who impressed me the most. Obviously Bale has improved to become one of the best players in the world, so the comparison no longer bears weight, but as a teenager the Ox really seemed to have it all - pace, strength, skill, genius first touch, ability to read the game, & above all almost limitless self belief. So wtf happened? I don't know because I don't watch Arsenal very often. In the FA Cup semi vs City, he finally did for Arsenal what he used to do for us - pick the ball up in his own half, carry it into dangerous areas, and deliver the oerfect pass or shot.

I wish them both all the best.

Calum Chambers: If I wasn't posting on my phond I'd put up a Nelso Muntz ha-ha! Gif.

Chambers has arguably had the best season of the three, rather bizarrely.
Missed quite a bit of it through injury, but he's played pretty well in a team that's struggled badly.
It'll be interesting to see what happens with him in the summer and what he wants to do next season.

Agree on Chambo 100%... always thought he was the most talented youngster, much more than Theo who was always a bit limited. Still love his last goal for us against Walsall.

Think Chambo needs a move and fresh start personally.

Even if, in this case, the little man is a slightly autistic, neurotic, compulsive **** talking, clown shoes....

Pixie isn't going to thank you for that character assessment, Bodi, notwithstanding the fact that you have him down to a tee.

No one needs to back themselves up for not being racist.
Goes without saying that not being racist is the right way to be. I dont think any reasonable person needs to back that line of reasoning up with anything to be honest.

Maybe thats the key to eradicating the HIAG problem.....lets spread the bullshit from the politics thread across every PL thread and maybe it will go away.....keep talking Dull......

You dragged me in you dull pillock.

None of that proves your claim, which is no surprise because it is desperate bullshit.

Nobody said you had to defend not being racist. <doh>

What you and the others have routinely failed to do is support **** witted claims like the one you made that I replied to. What you do, is argue some other point and hope nobody challenges you.

Have your argument about Campbell with others. The fact you're trying to drag me into suggests your argument on Campbell is as piss poor as your other argument.

Now stop boring people with this dull ****e on here. Make your own arguments on the Campbell topic, or pop over to the 'politics' farce and back your claims up on there.
