Fury is at it already:

"I could beat Joshua with one arm tied behind my back".

He's a knob, but the fact that he has no qualms about coming out with nonsense like does make me laugh. I hope he makes the build up as entertaining as he did before his fight with Klitschko!

i am in no doubt fury would beat joshua

I appreciate everyone has their opinion and all that but I honestly think Joshua would wreck him inside of 3 rounds.

Fury does not possess the power that Wlad does/ had and as a result I don't think AJ would be anywhere near as cautious or respectful in the opening couple of rounds.

He'd get in close and unleash some of those 6/7 shot combinations that he held back on on Saturday night.

Job done.

IMO.

I refer you to post [HASHTAG]#395[/HASHTAG], sir.

Joshua's power would be too much for Fury IMO.

Fury's an intelligent boxer, but I think against AJ's brute force it might not be enough.

It's probably the only thing that could motivate him now. I would fully expect him to get back in shape, get his head in the right place, and focus intently on fighting AJ, for one last potential hurrah. It would be an awesome fight, and probably quite similar to the one he had with Klitschko, albeit with a slightly different result, I believe.

Nobody should make the mistake of underestimating Fury - for all that he comes across as a clown sometimes, and despite the fact that he's no elite athlete or power puncher, he's a natural boxer, with incredible fighting intelligence. The difference this time, I believe, would be that Joshua is less cautious than the latter-day Klitschko, and is much more likely to throw a lot of heavy shots, especially knowing that Fury isn't as likely to counter with anything like the power of Vlad, and he would finish him at some point, probably several rounds into the bout.

Fury for a big man that doesn't always look overly 'athletic' shall we say. He's got great movement feet and upper body. I think it'd be an interesting match up and difficult to forecast the outcome - I quite like his bravado, it's done merely to get under the skin of his opponent.

His mind games were unquestionably a factor in his victory over Klitschko. I just don't think the guy knew what to make of him, and forced him to become distracted.

That's fine. Like I said - not everyone has to have the same opinion. As I've done a bit of boxing in my time - I don't think my opinion is any less valid.

My nephew has kicked a ball around the garden a few times, I'm going to ask him who he thinks is going to win the Champions League.

The fact Fury gets a serious mention as a contender shows the poor state of the heavy weight scene.

Fury makes me laugh, because despite all the usual circus they try to generate, the 'establishment' don't like him as he shows it up for what it has become.
