some gd pics, like the 1 of kelvin as supeman! any reason why he had a grey shirt on near the end of the gallery?

He had it on first half then changed to the green one apparently! No Idea why I know petr cech used to wear a bright orange or green one to make himself look bigger in front of strikers!

Yes that confused the hell out of the guy with the subs board! Not to mention the Radio Solent boys. He must have changed them at half time. See Photo 22 then Photo 35.

Just like watching Brazil.

I think both Home and Away kits look brilliant in action. This is what I've banged on about for years. It is actually important from a marketing/entertainment point of view for players to look good on the pitch, while in action. Not just the shirts, but the shorts, socks and even the boots. I don't think it's lost on Cortese either. Plus, it's an absolute money spinner if you can make your traditional Away colours look like Brazil. Everyone, but especially Connolly looks great in his Away kit and green boots. Incidentally, it doesn't hurt player's confidence a jot either if they know they look good too. To be a footballer, playing in a stadium, you have to be a bit of a showman. So it doesn't hurt to look your best. Footballers not showman..? Why wear different coloured boots then..?

Quick point here... Alex Chamberlain was a sub for Arsenal today but I am not convinced that he would have made the Saints bench.

What a player Lallana is. Total class, he's the best player in this league. His passion and commitment for Saints is fantastic. He's very loyal and is fastly becoming a Southampton legend. Truely a great great player.

For all round play and off the field. Adam Lallana is the best player in the league. Parker is defo not the best or in the top three of the league in terms on commitment and passion. Look at Lallana's joy on his face! Quality.

To be fair to him, if there's one thing I don't think you can fault about Scott Parker, it's his passion. The guy pretty much carried West Ham on his shoulders last year.

He would of started if he was still here.

He would "have" started I think you meant, he was sat on the Arsenal bench and I suspect he is going to have to get used to it, unless the Arse go into a real melt down of players leaving. We may still rue losing him if he starts tearing up Premier defences but that is gravy under the bridge and out of our hands.
