Been posting all night mate. Another **** up for you.

You still haven't replied to my question. The clock is ticking for you, if your next response to me doesn't address it then your fate will be sealed. <ok>

You continue to put a brave face on matters, but we all know that you were humiliated, last night.

So no answer then.

Your failure to agree to stick to the rules and not welch on the bet means you have now sealed your own fate, forfeited the bet and handed me victory.

I'll get to work on your new avatar. Seeing as the bet has now been won by me early. You should carry the avatar from day one after the end of this season <ok>

You've had an answer, as you well know. Next, you'll be using this as an excuse to wriggle out of the bet.

Yep! There it is!

Did I not predict that you would use some ruse to wriggle out of the bet?

I would say that this is shameful, but it's par for the course, as far as you are concerned, Pix.

You haven't answered my questions, you've been dodging them.

Just so we're clear post your answers again :

Where in the rules did it say that you could choose your own avatar ?

Can you give me your word that you will not welch on this bet and stick to the rules as we have agreed ?

None of this referring to a previous reply nonsense, because you haven the answered them. Answer them here otherwise your fate is sealed.

QUESTIONS TO PIXIE...

How humiliated were you, by last night' loss for Arsenal?

Was the defeat to Palace more humiliating that your infamous dry humping at the hands of Barca, in the CL, a few seasons back?

I'll make it easy for you @Hoddle Is A God. Just post your quote where you've answered my questions. <ok>

Yes it was humiliating for Arsenal, probably more so than losing to Barca.

Right, I've answered your questions. Stop acting like a coward and answer mine.

I answered them a while ago, but to end this charade, I'll answer them again.

Q: Where in the rules did it say you could change the avatar?

A: The problem was that the rules were not properly defined before the wager was accepted and the wager-contract made. Rules were introduced after the wager was made and could not form any part of the bet. That was why I was so keen to properly and fully define the rules this time round.

Q: Can you give your word that you will not welch on the bet and that you will stick to the rules?

A: There was no welching last time, and there would have been no welching this time. How do I know that? Simple - the rules were clearly defined and unambiguous from the start.

It is unfortunate that you have withdrawn from the bet, although not entirely surprising. I predicted that you would wriggle out of it.

There was no ambiguity about the rules last time. You even agreed to accept the avatar that was chosen and @Zanjinho quoted you doing so.

You broke the rules, and chose your own avatar. You did that because you couldn't face carrying the avatar with Tony Adams holding aloft the premier league trophy. You even admitted that because I'd goaded you so much that you wouldnt go through with it.

That is why I needed you to give me your word that you wouldn't welch on this bet and that you would stick to the rules, as you have demonstrated that you can't be trusted.

I'm prepared to have the bet with you next season, but you need to admit that you welched it last time and give me your word that you won't do it again.

There was no ambiguity about the rules last time etc, etc...

Well, you are entitled to your opinion.

This is going round in circles, so that best thing we can do is agree to disagree.

It's a shame that you wriggled out of the new bet, but (as I said before) it comes as no surprise to me.
