A little late with these from yesterday

RIP <rose> <peacedove>

They did a minute's applause instead in remembrance of a recent local event [not sure what].

Yeah, I saw that (and joined in despite being at home, always do) but wondered why Hillsborough wasn't mentioned at all

Does seem a bit unusual mate. Maybe their own incident was foremost and they wanted to just focus on that. They could have rolled it all into one, looks like they didn't want to - their choice I suppose.

I wondered if it was linked to the families opting to no longer holds ceremonies at Anfield

Get where you is coming from greez.

Makes you wonder, no black arm bands worn by either team. So maybe they approached our club and decided no action required. We don't know full story so no point speculating.

Still bad form in my opinion. Justice is still ****ing required. Wiping this under the carpet is a joke in my opinion.

As G said yesterday it could be that the families don't want the arm bands etc. to carry on. Mark the 15th every year in some way but let the rest go. Had the WBA game actually been on the day maybe we'd have seen something different. I'm guessing the club won't ever play on the 15th and that in itself shows huge respect.
