Did we beat at home the year we won at WHL and got Hoddle sacked?
Yes. 1-0

The same year, but not the same season.![]()
2 points ahead of my prediction already!Palace - 1 point.
West Brom - 1
Man City - 0
Chelsea - 0
Hull - 3
Liverpool - 0
Middlesbrough - 3
Stoke - 3
Arsenal - 1
Manchester United - 0
12 points - total of 46. That would have us very safe and those predictions are me being very pessimistic.

Won't take me very long to forget it. The one I won't forget is the season when we do the league double over Everton and Tottenham Hotspur. I reckon around 2056 - oh sugarpuffs I'll be dead or 93.

Nope we beat them 3-1 at the Lane and 1-0 at home in 03/04

I didn't remember that we'd beaten them 1-0 at home in that season. We beat them on January 1st 1-0 at home in the previous season though. 3 days before we hammered them 4-0 in the FA Cup. I have vivid down/up memories of that week. 1] my divorce papers came through, amongst other things, 2] we beat Spurs 5-0 all told.

Hopefully I will never forget a season that included a Wembley Final and a trip to Milan![]()
If we finish above Spurs, we wouldn't be far off catching Chelsea!Given we've only a slim chance of finishing above Spurs this year (none?), can we please finish above Everton?
Sadly that ship has sailed....we were within a breath at one point but needed to beat them. I think we are good enough, but for various reasons we didn't win matches that we should have and I can't even think of a game we won that we should have lost. Enlighten me if you can. You need that kind of luck sometimes.Given we've only a slim chance of finishing above Spurs this year (none?), can we please finish above Everton?

The only time I recall a double over Everton they beat us in the Cup semi-final. Yep, that Adrian Heath season again. Suspect we didn't do the double over Spurs. Anyone remember us ever doing so?
