Man i'm biting today but since the turn of the year [HASHTAG]#nomark[/HASHTAG] coleman has contributed to more clean sheets (defensive stats) and 1 goal and 4 assists to everton.

Whilst the incredible nivea loving [HASHTAG]#legit[/HASHTAG] talent lallana has a massive 0 assists and 0 goals. [HASHTAG]#worldclasscontribution[/HASHTAG]

The only world class thing lallana has done is fool liverpool into giving him a new contract with his cruyff turns and blowing my gambling money up the wall by missing an absolute sitter against city

Stat City <doh>

James McCarthy: Martin O'Neill criticises Ronald Koeman in escalating row

O'Neill issued his own statement later on Friday.

It read: "Once again the Everton manager, master tactician of the blame game, has struck out in his comments today, criticising both myself and James McCarthy.

"Perhaps a review of Everton's pre-season programme might provide some enlightenment.

"James had a magnificent tournament for the Republic of Ireland last summer during at Euro 2016, playing his last game in very late June.

"He then returned to Everton after a very short break, but only 11 days later, he played his first of three games, all within an eight-day period, against Real Betis, Manchester United and Espanyol. Overloading?

"It should be added that James last played for his country on 9 October - almost half a year ago. Since that time he has been totally under Everton's supervision.

"James is diligent and conscientious in his professional preparation. Perhaps, in this instance, quiet introspection may serve the Everton manager and his medical staff better."

Just read this and was about to post lol...Tasty!

Talking of...from armchairs again...if you could only go to one match in the PL, at home, in the Kop..what fixture would it be?

I think I'd still go for this one...I'm assuming many would go for United.

Deffo not Mourinho's United, play for a draw and celebrate it like winning the CL

Some good stats though. Highly relevant <cheers>

Obviously not the same **** you have been. I mentioned since the turn of the year i.e. this calendar year. Lallana has done the sum of **** all. Not sure when he signed his new contract but i think it was round about the same time. Seems theres a familiar pattern. Coutinho, sturridge new fat contracts new poor performances

Everton only started putting decent performances together once there was zero expectation on them to compete for top 6

2/3 of the PL was played before the new year, and those points carry over <ok>

To be fair most of the team have done **** all since the turn of the year

"James McCarthy began his pre-season three and a half weeks after Ireland were knocked out of the Euros. From the master tactician"
