So other than the signings, the ethos, training, diets, tactics, philosophy and methods that Wenger brought to Arsenal to bring 3 titles, 6 FA cups inc 2 doubles. It was all down to George Graham ? Is this what you are claiming @Hoddle Is A God ? <laugh>

You say that, Pix, but there is still no getting around the fact that Wenger's so-called "title" wins came early on in his career (ie. nearer to Graham's reign than the time that has passed since Wenger last "won" a title.

If Le Prof was so "revolutionary" why did Wenger's slow ******ation and eventual demise occur the further away in time he got from Graham's influence?

For me, any "legacy" that your club has ought to be credited to Graham.

So George Graham signed none of the players in the invincibles team, his methods, training, diets, tactics and philosophy were completely changed by Wenger and yet you think that title should be credited to Graham ? <laugh>

I'm talking about the ethos of the club. Graham was a stickler for a strong backline, and discipline.

Yeah, I have no doubt that Wenger came along and put his slant on things, and for a while it worked.

But the problem for your club is that, over time, Graham's effect and Legacy wore off until all that there existed was the little bit that Wenger brought with him, and as time has proven, it simply is not good enough.

I don't see how you can argue against this!!

The ethos of the club under Graham was defensive, we were renowned for being 'boring' and the classic chant was 1-0 to the Arsenal.

Under Wenger, he changed the whole ethos of the club to an exciting attacking one, which yielded 3 titles, 6 FA cups including 2 doubles.

So other than the personnel, tactics, philosophy, diets, methods, training, complete change in style etc, what exactly is it that you think Graham had an influence over ?

What 'very simple question' of yours can't I answer ?

and why have you failed to answer mine about the influence that Graham had over the invincibles team ?
 
So I ask you again @Hoddle Is A God. What influence exactly are you claiming that George Graham had on the invincibles team, seeing as it was 8 years after he'd left, none of the players in that starting team were signed by him, all of the training methods had been changed, the diets altered, the tactics revolutionised and the entire philosophy of the club completely influenced by Wenger ?
 
Here's the starting line up for that team again @Hoddle Is A God. So please explain exactly what influence George Graham had over it and why you are standing by your claim that the unbeaten title that they won should be credited to him ?
