You talking about the old HIAG?

Word is, he didn't "bottle" anything, and honoured his bet - there's even a thread about it, I believe. Also, I understand that his views were highly articulated and that his insights carried great weight among many posters.

Yours, on the other hand, don't. You need to check my signature, Mr Marks.
You misunderstand Gimp you are a massive Uber bell end now as before bankrupt of any decency, honour and credibility. Other than your usual two or three clinkers no one sees you as either articulated or a person with insight. Do us all a favour and choose JA606 you'll love it its full of arseholes just like you and you surely won't be missed. <ok>

Don't thank me.

...and yet it will all be undone by Poch and his band of young, brave lions!

Let's get this straight, you think that if Spurs finish above Arsenal for 1 season, it will undo 20 years of dominance that has seen us finish above you for two decades, winning 3 league titles, 6 FA Cups inc 2 doubles, to Spurs' tally of precisely..... **** all ?

And you wonder why you are called deluded <laugh>

You're just being kind I'd say a total fcukwit.

It's a classic case of small club mentality. HIAG is admitting that finishing above Arsenal once, would be the biggest single achievement in over two decades for Spurs. That tells you everything about how deep our shadow is cast over them.

They haven't achieved zip yet Piskie are you forgetting the famous Spud end of season bottle party? I suppose you have to pity him starved of any real success for 56 years and umpteen managers who have produced......well a league cup every two decades or some other insignificant pot. A team full of bottlers and a manager who's won fcuk all......where do they get the bravado from? they've nothing to shout about.....its aways puzzled me!

If they somehow manage to **** it up again this season, it would be as funny as ****. We are **** this season, and we've handed them the opportunity on a silver platter. Surely they can't **** it up again like they did last season ?

You'll still have your history to cling to, and I have no doubts that you and any other Gooner, who is still hanging around this place like a bad smell, at the end of the season, will use it like a comfort-blanket as they shamble into a very different kind of footballing landscape.

But the portent will be all too real for you, Pixie. You know it, I know it, and you know that I know it. So, cut the crap.

Spurs finishing above Arsenal, and you outside the top 4, topped off with Wenger leaving your club in utter disgrace, will be cripplingly humiliating for you and for all Gooners.

Now, I'm not saying that any of this is going to happen. I'm merely saying that if it does happen.... well.

You haven't won it since the first season the Russian took over . Until someone ( the Russian , and then the Arab ) were able to match Manchester United money , Arsenal were the only club that could put up any resistance whatsoever .

Until the Russian's yes, but previous to that as you stated during Utd's 'dominance', we won the league 3 times and the double twice.

blah..blah ... your potential one season finish above us and the subsequent jizz fest you will engage in, speak volumes about your small club mentality.

I will be very restrained, Pix. And dignified.

Didn't all of Wenger's title wins come early on in his career, when the effect of George Graham's team was still being felt on the squad and the club?

If you think about it that way, the "legacy" (back in the day when you actually had one) is really that of Graham's, isn't it?

You've been shown up on this before haven't you ?

Would you like to tell me how many of George Graham's signings were in the team when Arsenal won the title during their unbeaten season ?

I'll make it easy for you to prove you haven't stumbled into another **** up @Hoddle Is A God.
This was the starting team for Arsenal's title winning invincibles team.

Lehmann
Lauren
Campbell
Toure
Cole
Ljungberg
Gilberto
Vieira
Pires
Bergkamp
Henry.

How many of those players were signed by George Graham ?

Yeah, yeah, yeah...

We know all about the "signings."

What I'm talking about is the influence that Graham had on the squad, it's training methods and the ethos of your club.

It cannot be any coincidence that all of Wenger's so-called "titles" came early on in his career, when Graham's influence would still have been quite strong on the club.

I'm sure you've been owned on this in the past, but both old HIAG and PNP.

They were completely revolutionised by Wenger, who then went on to win 3 titles and 2 doubles you ****wit <laugh>
