Having now seen footage on TV he didn't get to the gates in his car, he rammed the railings on the Bridge St side of the building and made his way on foot round the corner attacking police officers on his way through to the courtyard. I expect there will now be even heavier 'fortification' of Parliament after this...
 
Sounds like it was a lone attacker who has been shot dead. The officer he stabbed is dead, along with two other people on Westminster bridge.
I fear that death toll may rise.
Two things strike me. One, it was apparently an armed officer that was stabbed to death. This shows that our brave police are not trigger happy, because if they were, he surely would have shot the guy before he could stab him.
Second, it appears from the footage that medics tried to save the attacker after he was shot whilst an armed officer trained his gun on him. This shows that we are the civilised society and that these ****s will never win. (Having said that, I'd have been more than happy for the officer to continue filling him with lead, which would have been the case had the SAS gotten to him first).

The attacker is dead Durbar...which is what he wanted from the start..he is martyred and probably in his (nonexistent) heaven blissfully happy.

The unconfirmed rumours that the attacker is Abu Izzadeen formerly known as Trevor Brooks and is a known Islamic hate preacher and had links to Lee Rigby's killers ...

He was making a statement it did not read to me like he was inferring that you would forgive the scum

I have seen this muppet on a tv program preaching hate. If it ends up being him, then a lot of people will ask why these freaks aren't locked up or deported before they get the chance to do this?
