Aye, i'd like, personally, an SOL backdrop, crest in the middle, with Gyan & Sess on each end with 2 legends, likely SKP and Hurley.

Obviously, we'll have a bit craic and all decide, but that's the layout i'd like to see.

Agree with both these posts.

Think the Liverpool one looks excellent, nice simple and subtle.

The Wigan one looks great, our Steve did that as well, shame nee ****er ever sees it.
 
Reckon we should go retro,

A black and white one, with the 73 lads with the cup.

Sod all this colour, black and white looks class.
 
Thas the problem though, red and white stripes in black and white look hmm black and white lol we know they are not but we will get some numpties taking the piss from the dark side.

With everything thats happened in my life recently, i just closed PS about a month ago and only opened it again last night, (I was going to retire before i even started, just didnt have the inclination), but i enjoyed pissing about with the Bristol Rovers one (its not finished though) so give me some suggestions (not including ^^) and i will see what i can do when i can get myself around to it.

This took me 10 minutes, but to get it right it will take me a good hour or 2. just an idea though.

The other problem is, and it was the same as the one we have now, different reselutions on members monitors, the banner has to be 1800 accross, my monitor is 1924 so fine and dandy, others are 800 or 1200, 1200 is probably the norm these days, but it does mean that things will be missing from the left/right of the banner for those on smaller monitors. That is why i dont really like putting the team name, as its that bloody big to start with and ppl just see nderla not Sunderland lol

The same goes for players stretched all the way accross, the ones on the far right/left will just go missing on smaller monitors.

anyway i have done 2, well 1 but with different backgrounds for commachio (not black and white, but from that era) I will work on others over the weekend.

PS: I prefer the black background, but you never know what people think until you do it.

Good spot that <ok>. Shame Puma isn't as on the ball. When our new kit first game out they put a black version of their logo on it - a black cat!
 
Beachballs never even crossed my mind, i was just looking for pics the other day and come accross it, thought i would grab it as it looked good (to me) i can always change them for a normal badge.

Yeah, i'd do that, personally.

Could you somehow incorporate a crowd or the stadium into the background, an old and new thing?
