Anyone have any update on how he's progressing? I assume he will be out for the season? Is it still seen as career threatening?

I've heard that sadly his career is over. He will be getting a payout and the club are able to retrieve the money they paid for him. Sad all around but from what I've heard this is sounding likely.
Ive heard that he's taken up boxing.

I've just been watching the Bristol-Hudds match. It was a collision between 2 Hudds players and at first it seemed like nothing at all. The poor lad took ages to be treated and was finally stretchered off. No update yet. Hope he's ok.For what it is worth, Michael Dawson is on Five Live tonight, and it sounds as if tonight between Huddersfield V Bristol City a similar things has happened, the game was stopped for 15 minutes. Because of this he was ask about Ryan Mason, and he said he spoke to him a few days ago and he is recovering well.
