How sickening to see May convulsing at Hammond's budget stand-up routine. These people laugh as they dismantle our public services, all the while turning Britain into an offshore tax haven in a pathetic bid to prevent multi-nationals relocating post-Brexit. ****s.

Turks accuse the Dutch of being Nazi's, a country that was starved by the German occupation during the second world war. Turkish ex-pats take to the streets of Rotterdam to protest in support of this statement. This is who Cameron, Clegg and the rest of the Remainians want flocking into Europe

Turkey is not part of the EU, nor should they be. Free movement only applies to EU countries, did you not realise this?

I have no problem with Europeans having free movement here. I would limit the third world migrations into this country instead. It's these people who are the net cost of migration, not the first world EU nationals.

Nobody has seriously suggested that Turkey would be welcomed into the EU. This is a myth which was put around by the Brexiters before the referendum - as with many other things it was not contradicted by facts, partly because the EU. did not see it as proper to interfere with the referendum proceedings. The situation with Turkey is that Erdogan appears to think he has a right to conduct election campaigns outside of Turkey (because so many Turkish ex pats still have voting rights there). We have had Erdogan himself speaking at a rally in Cologne (no longer allowed) and all Merkel can say is that each city or region can decide for itself whether to allow this. Because a Turkish political rally (involving some minister from Turkey) was banned recently Merkel and the German government were accused of being Nazis. Just as the Dutch (and Austrians) are being now. Would Britain allow a foreign government to conduct their own election campaign on British soil ? I very much doubt it.

Agree mate, as a 'Brextard' I have no problems with EU citizens and the movement of people as long as they are not criminals or spongers. I have no problem if they want to come here for work or have a job. I also have no problems with students/family members that want to visit and stay short term. Again, I have no problem with people coming here for specific treatment. I would just like a limit on the floods of people who just turn up with nothing.

The problem is that at the point of entry you do not know what reasons a person has for entering the country, and for every one person arriving with the intent of working/staying there are over 15 tourists - who come, spend their money, and then go. Make life difficult for the one and it also drives the 'other ' away. It is possible to control immigration by other means - it is impossible to earn money in Germany without having a bank account here, and opening this means having a registered address (ie.registered at the town hall) together with other requirements which are all within EU. law. Even unemployed people here get their payments through direct bank transfer - all of this creates a kind of filtering process. The problem with Britain is that people think it will be easier to find casual/semi legal work there with cash in hand, and there are hundreds of semi legal work agencies taking advantage of this - this is where the controls should be.

It's actually the Dutch government who want to look tough going to the polls next week. Be interesting to see how the Dutch public react to the rioting by Turkish nationals in the Netherlands last night

Plenty of jobs for English when they move the subs to England. She (or Salmond) is doing this to be disruptive as possible. It will be up to the scots but from what I have read they will be in a worse state especially with oil prices collapsing. Nato issue which I also caught on the news means they will have to reapply.
    But
    .....
The most important thing is the EU want us and not Scotland on its own. You will hear EU leaders saying it's a good thing and they will let them in because they also want to derail Brexit. I can't wait for Catalonia to hear this news.
