Saw someone yesterday on phone at a red light,traffic in front moved on (yellow box ****s<grr>) she didn't even look up and starting driving,people started to beep and she kept going oblivious to what she was doing.I'd fine her a grand and put her off the road for a year.

If you live in London there is no point driving .
I don't and I'm a **** , I would probably have been done for drink driving by now from waking up early after a heavy sesh and driving home .

I agree that if you live in central London , a car would be pointless ...You can walk or tube or dlr anywhere .
