Stan has been running a fair bit recently. Whilst I don't enjoy it like I used to, I do have the self discipline to get on the treadmill 2 out of 3 days (old now, need 1 day off to rest the legs)...the problem is the refuelling as the late Graham Taylor called it. I like to eat and drink the good stuff after a day of being unemployed (allegedly).

Back in the swing of things at my gym now, no major concerns after a lazy few months, loss of strength and size but nowt I can't sort out.

Few familiar faces, trying their 'best'.

10 half arsed reps
Look at your phone
Repeat X 3

3 sets of deadlifts at 30% 1RM
Get your mate to record it.
Back to arms for the 4th time this week, whilst sipping a mass gainer.

One of them is a carpet fitter, I guarantee he gets a better workout at work.

Mrs luv has been watching something called Sugar Free Farm and is insisting we try this diet from it, I'm on board with the exception of wine and beer. <ale>

Just googled it, saw Gemma Collins' face and immediately imagined myself putting my own head in a wood chipper, just so I didn't have to look at her.

She's been caught steeling food, of course, why wouldn't she?

Anyone hammering it this week?

Been twice this week along with loads of walking, core work out and sit ups.

Played squash, that's it.

Knees and one hip niggling me to **** so am having the rest of the week off!!

Yeah I'm having knee problems too.

I'm using a fitbit and I've been office based this week so not been active enough during the day.

Decided to power walk to gym and back to counter this and general dog walking and my knees don't feel great today.

My knees have creaked for a while, squash isn't good for them at all and nor is golf and I play both a lot.

The hip worries me though! This is new and, if anything I've heard or read is true, won't be going away as I get older.
