From the little I recall, Pix, the old HiAG was a loveable rogue, who frolicked across the many pages of this board with a rakish twinkle in his eye, but with a far darker side hidden deep inside of him. You admitted that many of his comments 'came back to haunt' him. I think that was only after he'd been exposed as a blubbing victim anyway.
I think you'd gain more respect if you just admitted that he was a complete laughing stock, to be honest

Well I don't want to say I told the 'old gimp' so but I called last nights embarrassing fiasco when I was urged by the latter. The two Nopes uttered were a testament to the bottling nature of Spurs as a team and a clueless manager.
