    He's had half a good season. I like him, but these are the cold hard facts. If you had any other chairman then Iron Mike, and were sure that the 30m would go back into the team, i'd take it.

    As it is, Mike would probably pocket the cash and consider it as a bit of his money back that he has squandered.

    One of the times writers reckons that the Liverpool bid was actually 25mil, but Ashley set the fee at 30m and will accept that. I'll try to find the quote.

    Crazy speculation on my part; absolutely no basis for it at all. What about Reid plus Kilgannon plus cash for Charlie Adam? Just might have some possibility if Henderson is off in the summer. What do you think?

    He is a good player, but with only half a season in the Premier league.

    30m is a ridiculous offer imo, and Ashley should bite their hands off.
