I don't think we're any different to any other football club. Every club has their mongs, and 90% of clubs are going for a goal and failing to achieve it. It's all about perspective.
But given all of the available factors, we should be at least a mid table Championship team.

Nah I completely agree. It's weird in that I feel we're pretty strong in all departments, except for the picking (and presumably the coaching) of the team. Our recruitment has been great even considering the money spent, it just seems to be the manager... Which makes it all the more perplexing that he's still here.
I think LJ is a particularly intelligent manager, but I think he's overdoing it with the whole wanting to be like Rafa and setting up teams to combat the opposition at the expense of keeping a settled team and playing to our strengths.
We should be in a comfortable position in the league with the squad we have, which is when people have the luxury of a bit of tinkering and experimentation here and there. But doing that week in week out when we're scrapping for points simply isn't working.
The money he has wasted is mind boggling,if it was mine, i would have expected so much more.

What money has he wasted then? The stadium is now up and running and the only transfer failure was Ekstrand who was free anyway but I guess you can say his wages were a slight waste
