Depends on who they appointed to be honest.
Just need someone :

a) Objective
and
b) Who has not declared a side in the HIAG/PISKIE war.

Can't be too hard.
We'd need two though. You couldn't expect one person to handle all this **** by themselves.

Can't be done mate. We tried it before, Cym (Arsenal mod) and myself got given the responsibility about two years ago but we were mods of every PL team board too. The two can't be separated.
