Terrible idea to be honest. Other than it not working because it immediately grants mod access to all of the other boards, it would just create even more of a **** storm on here. As soon as the mod had made a decision, he'd be hounded by half the board and patted on the back by the other half. Other than that, I don't think that there is anybody on here who would stay impartial anyway, certainly not Bod as has been suggested.
