As all of the mods who post here can therefore access the mod board, I think it's up to them as a collective to report anything that crosses the line on here. The problem is there's no defined 'line' for this forum so people are being subjective in what they consider has over stepped the mark. I think I've only reported 1 post on here, and that was some cock womble saying he was using an IP tracker, which oversteps the line of legal.
