If Palace don't turn this around, then home to Boro for them next up is almost a must win. They have a real tough run in.

It's just not worked for Sam so far. Shame.

We have so much to thank the African Cup of Nations for.

 

No wonder we miss mané so much. Class, class player, we massively undersold him.

 

Doubt we could have got much more. Everton just way over paid for Bolasie.

 

If you Mane in the Spurs team, I reckon they'd win the league (over the course of a whole season). I'm a big fan of what Poch has done, but they do lack that serious pace of a Mane.

 

If he'd been as consistent for us as he is for Liverpool, we might have got 60 mill for him. But he's stepped up since he left us. And there wasn't really anything we could have done to hang on to him, so no regrets really.

Nice to see him tearing Spurs apart anyway. That's something I always like to see.

 

We didn't. We got a very good price.

 

Clyne is the one player I felt we could have maybe held on to. A most underrated player too imo. With him on one side and Bertrand on the other we'd be tearing teams apart on the break this season, and now we've got a genuine finisher in the middle, well...what might have been.

 

This is one entertaining match. Really enjoying it so far. Spurs are possibly the only team I dislike more than Liverpool, and i like Mane.

 

Its why its hard to watch spurs v pool. There's a host of quality players, it almost seems more about us than them at times.

Well **** them anyway, we have a chance of winning trophies before any of them. Come on saints!!
