Huddlestone is in the form of his life- looks absolutely excellent. So calm on the ball, even in his own box

I always said during his bad spell that he would have been great in other teams! Under Bruce tactically we never suited Tom but the difference now is when he picks that ball up just outside the box he now has players who have been given the belief to bomb forward so he has an outlet! Makes a massive difference

Huddz was sublime. Meyler was awesome in defence. Maguire was his usual solid self. Good runs from Marko and Robbo. Hernandez was unlucky with that header. Daws solid. New lads look tasty. Tymon is getting better.

Just ****ing ace.

I looked all over the pitch and thought how can ya pick a top 3 ... Hudds Awesome Jak Awesome Maguire top draw .. Clucas ran his heart out. Daws led by example .. Ya can just keep going through the whole team tonight.

Stream kept ****ing up at the end, but I saw the Markevic miss. As in our previous relegation season missed chances could easily decide things, and we haven't improved there. Good performance otherwise but if we don't take chances, and I remember those two seasons back (including Hernandez), it's all for nothing in a way.
Right harbinger of doom you are. Enjoy the moment.

Is it wrong I'm slightly gutted?! (and delighted at the same time!)

It's a clear improvement on losing in the last minute in the home game, but we aren't 'little Hull' who are just happy to get anything, we need to take those gilt edged chances. To not be disappointed in that would be wrong, and I'm sure Silva is annoyed.

Rubbish. The only thing stopping Tom was tom. It was in his head.

What a fantastic effort that was .. and so so unlucky not to pinch it at the end .. MS bringing the pride back in the shirt .. Markovic improving game by game .. Thudd playing in the form of his life best midfielder on show tonight .. big Harry what a legend .. Dawson captain courageous .. in fact the whole team and subsequently put a shift in and a half there .. the Jak brilliant .. mission impossible is most definitely on people .. Silva at this minute has the golden touch .. and talk about man management .. so so proud of them .. c'mon City we can do this

Absolutely brilliant, everyone played their hearts out, it's almost like a win for us imo, so so unlucky in the end though. I thought Tymon keeps getting better, Ranocchia had some really good stops I thought, especially when you consider some of the feedback we've had.

Maguire amazing
Dawson solid
Robertson solid
Huddlestone amazing
Jak amazing, that save from Mata, wow!

When you see Jak punching his chest at the end... there was a tear in my eye. The man plays like it means everything to him. It may be just a gesture but it matters to see someone who takes such pride in the performance. I haven't loved a City goalkeeper so much since Tony Norman.
Dont be daft hes desperate to get out of this basket case of a club
