I've just watched Ulloa give an interview and he said Ranieri has been telling him for the last 3 months that if an offer of 4 - 5 million come in, then he would help him leave the club. Ulloa said he knows that at least one offer of that, maybe a little bit more, is on the table and now Leicester are going back on their word. Apparently Leicester have said they won't sell him to another Premier league club and Galatasary are the only other team in for him at the moment.

If Ulloa is being truthful about his discussions with Ranieri then any bid around about the 5mio mark should be the catalyst for a move. If Ranieri wants to place obstacles in the way of clubs bidding now then how does that square with his previous mutual agreements. He doesn't particularly want the player but would prefer he went to a non-EPL club is the only reason I can think of.
If that's true it's poor from Leicester. They're not going to go down and he's barely played for them, just let him go. We'll give ya £5m for him!!
There's about 10 players we should have kept going back to maybe Gardner. We are gone this season now so let Short get on with it and get out he should have left after he failed the first season and we had time to do something.
