You simply need the right employment policies Refusing to train would be partial performance of your contract If your policy says you don't accept partial performance then a refusal to train would be dealt with by sending the player home without pay until he came back and asked to train Relatively simple really (although you'd have to then manage faked injuries, but they happen in other businesses too and are managed)
Last I remember reading is that some fans had issues with him. Can't remember what for, may have been some social media ****.
I never understood the hatred of Campbell, never did anything wrong until after he got all the unwarranted ****e and only then it was 'over celebrate' when scoring.
He did for Cardiff when nearly blowing our promotion. Edit - was it Cardiff? That's what came to mind.
The thing that pissed people off was his celebration at Sunderland the first time he played us after leaving, he behaved like an utter **** and absolutely deserved all the **** that it brought his way.
It's actually quite funny. If he signed for us, his career may have gone very differently. We'd have played him every week in the PL whereas he decided to sit on the bench at Spurs. Who knows what would've happened
I'm not disputing that. The point is he almost certainly behaved like that because of all the unjust 'greedy bastard' **** and vitriol that he had previously received despite doing nothing wrong.
this guy? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maurício_José_da_Silveira_Júnior ****ing puff plays in gloves
Whats probably pissed Snakeinthegrass more, is the fact that during the time he he has refused to play, we have put our best two performances of the season together showing the twat that he wasn't the talisman he thought he was..... what a **** he must feel telling the new coach on day 1 'i'm off' and then recognising that the man is the real deal!!!... and lastly, the fact that only Burnley, Boro and Spam were interested in him shows how good he really WAS... forget it .... WE HAVE A TEAM TO BE PROUD OF!!!! Apologies for duplicating and echoing comments further back..
Seeing as this is a rumour thread! I was told silva had been watching us for months and when he came here he got all the players together and told them individually their good points & weaknesses! So there maybe was a cunning plan from EA?
