Is there anyone who can help please.

I log in on a laptop and an i phone. The laptop is permanently open for this site but today I was asked to log in to i phone.
Problem is that I've forgotten the password, so have tried to send a "forgotten password" message via the personal details on laptop. However, even though I'm already logged in, I am asked for my password to enable me to reset the password. Thus cannot request password reset.

Help please.
