i finished 7th as well! so happy that my 3 stopper worked. next track is meant to be very hard to overtake at, so i've gone for a 2 stopper to hopefully form a trulli train behind me and outrun all of the 3-4 stoppers.

It's a pity we can't get a team together so we can all learn and share info, but this forum is helping me loads.

I made a mistake in qualifying for Buenos Aires, as I put on Extra soft tyres for qualifying 1 thinking that I could change them to hard tyres for qualifying 2, which of course you can not do. So I have put myself on a 4 stop gamble, we’ll see how that works out, but I’m not expecting much.

My settings are based on Bando’s, and what my driver asked to change, here they are:

FW: 850
RW: 875
E: 550
B: 400
G: 600
S: 675
Tyres: Extra Soft

Fuel I have done, 57, 68, 72, 72 I’m hoping that my tyres don’t give in and I’m forced to make extra stops.

I’m not even very quick in qualifying either, so the extra grip of the Extra soft tyres has been wasted.
 
woops, just realised i'm on super softs trying to go for a 2 stopper... oh dear, this could go badly. but my first fuel load is 180 so i don't think there's any point in changing it now
 
Just taken the cert test and I failed. Some of the questions are just silly. I understand that it's to get you to search the forums, but when you do search all you get is "You can't ask a certification question in the forums" So what's the point.

Anyway I did past the test with the help of a little Bing searching....

Thanks for that just passed with it. I had failed my first attempt by 1 wrong question then I could not be arsed to try again but seeing as I could cheat with ease I decided to.

6th Place! this driver is good.

My fuel load was spot on but I could of risked a softer compound of tyre as the Hard had 40% wear left. dont know why I didnt go for a medium on a 2 stop in the first place =/
 
Well done you guys, another points finish for you Bando :)

I didn't do very good here, only 15th but started 27th so I guess it wasn't too bad. Just spent $17 mil upgrading my car, trying to get to -$15 mil before the end of the season so I can keep my driver.
 
Boo finished 13th, was running 5th for a while but my second stint was too short I reckon, I also put too much fuel in for my last stint.

My driver has gone up from 85 rating to 87 so I could lose him at the end of the season.
