Sorry, don't see the problem. My uncle jogged up the Matterhorn one Sunday and stopped for a haircut on the way. It's not impossible that Kim had a run up Everest. I find the bit about having a *** a bit suss. I din't know he was that way inclined. Still, each to his own, I guess.
 
Actually, if you watch this closely, you can see that the bird reading it doesn't really believe what she is saying, whatever that is. At the end of each sentence she has to look down to read the next bit and appears to have to summon enough enthusiasm to carry on. Poor bugger, she knows she dare not get it wrong.
