If he's now having second thoughts about the leaving malarkey, then I would very much appreciate it if he gets it out the way quickly so we can concentrate on winning games and bringing in an attacking player. But, if on the first of Feb he changes his mind, I'm going back to my cantankerous poster stance.

Don't see why not....probably mates with all of them. Players don't bear grudges about moves in the same way that fans do...they know how the system works. A player leaves and another arrives. And you may leave one club and end up playing with a previous team mate at another.
 
Hate to see him go, but bloody love that West-Brom are the only club to express interest in him so far.

If no offers come through from a 'big' club and If his ego is as inflated as people say, this will end up being a massive reality check for him. I don't even feel like I'd happy if he apologised for being a bell-end and signed a longer contract for us. We all know he would/will jump ship at the first opportunity.

Am amazed that he handed in a transfer request without having another team in the offing. I assumed it was all arranged by his agent and would happen quickly. JRod just been on Sky saying that, although it's best to have all the players stay that start the season so you know where you are, the team are set up so well they just get on with it.
