Trump has set himself up to be ridiculed. We shall enjoy the next 4 years paradoying the nonsense he will spout from the Oval Office. After which the US could do a lot worse than listen to the likes of songwriters like Gamble and Huff (the Philly Sound) talk about the need to spend big on education and less on armaments
Classified documents presented last week to President Obama and President-elect Trump included allegations that Russian operatives claim to have compromising personal and financial information about Mr. Trump, multiple US officials with direct knowledge of the briefings tell CNN. The allegations were presented in a two-page synopsis that was appended to a report on Russian interference in the 2016 election. The allegations came, in part, from memos compiled by a former British intelligence operative, whose past work US intelligence officials consider credible. The FBI is investigating the credibility and accuracy of these allegations, which are based primarily on information from Russian sources, but has not confirmed many essential details in the memos about Mr. Trump. The two-page synopsis also included allegations that there was a continuing exchange of information during the campaign between Trump surrogates and intermediaries for the Russian government, according to two national security officials. http://edition.cnn.com/2017/01/10/po...sia/index.html Buzzfeed have the whole report https://www.buzzfeed.com/kenbensinge...sia#.ei0W9aqLE please log in to view this image
Trump says he isn't selling his businesses. Just having his son run them while he is president. His laws comments: Dodgy as ****
Trump's lawyer announced that he plans on keeping the DC hotel and will simply "donate" any "profit" from his hotel to the US Treasury. Wonder how many extra expenses will be added to the "cost" of running said hotel to offset the profit margins? Saw some of the Trump press conference whilst waiting for the weather forecast, he is like a child the way he behaves. Will he ever act Presidential and stop making the US look daft? It's going to be amusing for us watching over here as long as we are not stupid enough to get too close.......and he doesn't start a war with his big mouth.
I don't think that it will be amusing though, not when he starts persecuting minorities, the LGBT community, women, basically anyone who he doesn't like or understand. I can't watch or listen to the man now and dread the next 4 years and I don't even live in the US
http://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-38590388 Notice the way Trump answers journalists' questions. "Not you, not you ......." and it is done in an attempt to belittle people. The man is a first rate bully and if I was Teresa May no way would I sanction a State visit to the UK from this man. Time to do what Harold Wilson did in the late 60s for the next 4 years. Watched the clip again, you wouldn't expect this kind of reaction from a schoolteacher answering questions from the students that he or she teaches, so this behaviour is unacceptable from the "President" elect.
Obviously that would not be amusing I was referring to his petulance when anyone dares to challenge or criticise him
Oh no, I know that, Whiteley, sorry, didn't mean to suggest that you'd find those things amusing. I just can't get over an ignorant, narcissistic megalomaniac becoming "leader of the free world"...
Oh you ladies...... all this forum etiquette and understanding isn't much fun for us lads. What's wrong with a petulant, testosterone filled response leading to a row?
