Having once done some project work in Consett I am able to provide some translation here ... to paraphrase. "HIAG is a person with an uncanny physical resemblence to a female Coypu's undercarriage. Such rodents are not native to a UK football forum and said forum might therefore benefit (possibly on health and hygiene grounds?) if said rodents were inclined to relocate elsewhere."
