i notice a lot of the lads discuss exercise and eating. I find it interesting reading people's motivations,habits and progress with regards to it. Indeed it can be motivation for each other.
I'm out of love with the gym but been trying to get back in there, still trying. Supposed to go for a jog, that was last June. If it wasnt for my footy, I'd be ****ed! and now I'm even slacking on that.
Eating habits, not the best, not the worst.....but definitely room for improvement.
So share your psychology behind your motivations, your dietary habits, the type of steroids you are on, progress etc etc
