Looks like a man of many faces. Could be our psycho with his schizoid tendencies.

Seems to thrive with Colin's arm around his shoulder. We shall see.

I highly doubt it mate. I think he's there to fill Manga's (in my opinion non existent) boots for the African Cup and ultimately if he departs. I can see Connolly stepping back into a CB role, as much as that does not fill me with confidence, and Halford as back up / sub for the CB role / Gunnars CDM role.

That's the way I see it too. Heaven forbid we lose Gunnar this window having got back the man we know and love when Colin arrived.

Agree mate, he's been an absolute rock since Col arrived. I understand why he was off for a couple of seasons, being dropped to the bench, hardly played, it definitely knocks the stuffing out of you. Warnock seems to love Gunnar, he's his type of player and I'm glad of that as we have that Viking force back in the team. I'd love for Gunnar to be made captain.
