I don't care if he's a boy named Sue - he has 14 goals to his name so far this season (not sure if that list includes today's brace?). Scott Hogan at Brentford (with a goal today), also on 14 goals, seems to be getting the job done too with 68% of his shots on target, compared to 43% for Abraham http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/championship/top-scorers
The 'get real' target is, as I said earlier, Matt Taylor at Brizzle Rovers. I suggest Washington plus cash.
I hope that we sign Pawel Wszołek. He is only on loan and has settled down well, plus he is scoring. We need to remember that he is a Polish international, although he currently is the backup to Kuba Blaszczykowski who is now 31 years, so will be playing less regularly. Poland are playing well and it is likely that Pawel will feature in some matches next year. This morning for the 1st time since the Premierships years, I heard QPR on the news regarding Pawel scoring in two consecutive matches. We should move for him before he is recalled, or his value/price goes up, or somebody else makes a move.
Why ruin a promising career by getting him to QPR?! Only joking. Looks the real deal and certainly seems to know where the back of the net is - 112 appearances for Rovers with 58 goals. Pretty impressive but then there is the step up to the Championship issue. Connor's goal rate for Peterborough was 30 in 82 appearances. It is always a gamble unless your're signing top drawer Paul Pogba etc.
