I will still be excited before the Everton game, and the Norwich game, and the games after that but it's getting harder each time to get myself up for the game. Until we start playing with some passion it's only going in one sorry direction. We won't be relegated, far from it, but it's need serious improvement

Might as well support Liverpool feel like I know those players better

Edit: I threw up in my mouth a little bit after I typed that but you know where I'm coming from

The only positive I can see from these 2 results...

PLEASE BUY A STRIKER!!!

Striker will not help while our tactics are hot potato around the 18 yard box..............unless it is the quality of striker of Mane. We have had this problem since Koeman came just acerbated by a quality player that takes men on and gives us a chance.

Look at today. Southampton playing pretty football, WBA playing men behind the ball. Which team relys on deadball situations?

I went to the barbers at 14:15 knowing full well I'd miss kick-off and I wasn't even that bothered. Watched the whole second half and my decision seems to be justified.

So, so dull.

At least you lot can go out and drown your sorrows... I'm at work until 10 <laugh>

Could be worse. We are not Swansea. Thats the Swansea who dont replace the manager properly. It will be a poor season but weve been spoilt recently. I grew up on successive poor seasons. 'Im still standing'

Defended Puel last match when he decided to play defensively after the goal against Spurs but that was a joke. We dominate possession (BBC reporting 71%), had two strikers plus attacking wingers on the pitch and finish the game with a single shot on target. At this point I'm not even sure if the strikers are the problem or the if its the lack of quality and lack service received. Probably both.

I don't think they will. They will look at the table and the teams currently occupying the relegation places and see worse teams. We are safe, no need to spend money.
There is always a team that starts plumiting down the league! Just hope it's not Saints. We are truly shocking in the final 3rd. We need an effective attacking midfielder, and a target man to hold the ball up, and score some bloody goals!

Sorry I meant an AM as well.

Surely people saw this coming from this game? OK, maybe not losing, but the performance/style was identical to the vast majority of our games this season, it just happened to be that West Brom scored twice so we lost. We have been a possession based side all season, with very little going forward. Take Redmond out of our side (the only player who actually takes people on) and we are boringer with little pace out wide. I've said before that I will give Puel until this time next year as then he will have had the best part of 3 transfer windows with (hopefully) some say on players and the squad, I still think that we play like this because we don't have the personnel to play any other way

I know what you mean. My wife hates football so I have to justify time spent watching games and plan weekends around them. Don't know how long I'll keep making the effort.

The only games I really give a **** about at the moment are the two semi-final games against Liverpool.
