Never looked at the science or history of it because I don't believe in god. It was mentioned at school but from the off I wasn't interested as its fairy stories in Stan's opinion. Mrs Stan seems to believe though.

It's one of the questions I've asked. It begs the further question that if it's doom and gloom, rather than keep saying it, suggest a solution, because remaining isn't an option.

As I later posted, the uncertainty that naturally would follow such a momentous decision has been exacerbated by the May & Co's dithering and in fighting.

Of course the future can never be predicted with complete certainty. But there was undoubtedly a higher degree of it before this decision. What is a fact, is that uncertainty has been greatly increased by Brexit.

It feels to me that business in general is not only uncertain, they mostly would rather this hadn't happened. The appetite for risk has been greatly diminished.

So you were educated in it and general science at school, which formed your opinion, or at least confirmed it. As much as you seem proud of your ignorance, by your own examples, you made an educated decision.

It really doesn't, no matter how hard you stamp your foot and claim otherwise.

An independent decision. Self educated. You seem to think Muslims need educating.

When you made the below comment the discussion was about the Queen. You randomly and bizarrely brought Mohammed and educating Muslims into the mix. Why?

"It's not all bad news. It shows even the most staunch muslim families can evolve and grow out of it with time and education."

Yep, you say you made an educated decision. You're saying exactly the same as me, albeit yours being allegedly self educated, just means you had a poor teacher. <doh>

If you look back at the discussion, you'll see why I mentioned the Queen. Some claim due to the inter-marriages of royal families, she can trace her blood line back to Mohammed. But as you went back to find the quote, you knew that already, and are just trying to wriggle now you realise you agree with what was a flippant remark.

There's a distinct difference between not having your own faith and pouring scorn on others faith, as you did with your Muslims comment.

As being an agnostic or atheist is merely a personal opinion, it doesn't mean that you have to take the stance of being definitively right, which you patently have.

I didn't pour scorn, and I don't claim to be definitively right. That's just the ****e spin others tried to apply.

I enjoyed the Life of Brian, as I reckon many on here did.

The Queen was already being discussed, that wasn't brought up by you. You bizarrely and randomly brought Mohammed and educating Muslims into the discussion. Why?

I made a self educated decision. Why do you think Muslims need to be educated? Why focus on Muslims and not other religions when the discussion was about the Queen?

When you, Pete, Kustard etc talk about religion in a negative way it's always related to Islam. Why?
