Lack of investment in playing squad, plus 3 "poor" Managerial appointment since Laudrup. Also, the sale to the Yanks was explained/justified by the fact that the local owners had taken the Club as far as they could and they needed to attract outside investment into the Club. However, rather than issue new shares, the local owners sold theirs, so pocketed the money themselves.....

Lord Caulker played for us before Cardiff! Our first season in the PL we had him on loan from the Spuds. Giggs would not be my choice, but it would not surprise me to see him in charge.
