Leopardstown not quite so spectacular tomorrow but a smashing Lexus.

More Of That has been frankly rubbish this year but he showed signs of coming to hand in the Peterbrough chase IMO. The fact this is his 3rd run of the season suggests that finally Jonjo may have been able to get some consistent work into him and him popping up with a bold run would not be the biggest surprise for me.

Front two in the market will take some beating though.

Taken a healthy slice of 2/1 Djakadam this evening, price is disappearing having opened 5/2 earlier. 15/8 and 7/4 in places now

Outlander 10/1 - Lexus chase Leopardstown fairly certain if all goes to plan that Djakadam and Valseur Lido will be fighting it out but plumping for Outlander to cause a minor shock at the price.

If one of the former is to win I hope it's an emphatic victory or at least they are clear of the field. Can't see Mr.Tizzard being bothered much barring a facile win for one of them.

Pershing Missile 9/2 - Limerick 3:25 Another Patricia Hunt/Meade bumper runner and this Milan gelding may be up to winning on bumper debut.

Also a small play on the tricast in that race:

1st - Pershing Missile
2nd - Judgement Day
3rd - Mickey Flanagan

What's your view on the Mullins/JP horse in the beginners chase? For some reason it's in my notebook!

Tricky race that and with no chase experience under his belt he'll have to be very useful to win first time up. These beginners chases are almost Graded race in quality! The jolly ran a blinder over an inadequate trip behind American Tom who they reckons a JLT animal, the Hughes horse is progressing very well and the Harrington horse has chase experience too having shown a decent level over hurdles. Not one I'd get involved in, and I'd wary of the colours too <laugh>

Hacks up now ;)

Camlann 2.25 Leopardstown 12/1 looks a fair price. Fifth in this last year and has won at the Galway Festival. CamlannWorth an each-way on ground that should suit him.

Haha, I was interested until I saw the price to be honest. A race for the future no doubt. Thanks for the view.

What's this Henderson animal in the Christmas Hurdle? Worth a dabblette?

Have seen this one in a few write ups as potentially very special. Has already won over 500k in France with 11 wins from 14 outings. Must have cost JP an absolute fortune. Interested to see how she goes tomorrow @ 8/1. She's certainly been pitched in the deep end for her first start under new ownership.

I stupidly backed him before his run in the paddy power for March 40/1 in which i see he is roughly the same - I shall not bet backing him again but likewise him going Close won't come to a surprise to me but my money like a few of you shall be on DJAKADAM
