Anyone else having trouble streaming the player video's ??

Every time i try & stream it on a good 8Mbps connection it stop starts all the time.

Dont know if its my setup or the site that streams the video.

Mines usually OK, but I couldn't watch the QPR game today without it stopping all the time.

tigers player? im on 20mb and i dont get a problem but ive watched it on 3mb somewhere else fine, tried other browsers? you can select low quality, see if that changes it?

Even the NP interview stops and starts.

Connection speed well up to scratch so not sure what the problem is my end.

Apple Imac as well so not slow by any imagination.

Just tried streaming from MYP2P no problems on 3 meg video, so will speak with Karoo when i can catch the buggers open.

have you tried low quality? if that still doesnt work might be something to do with the browser, it works through flash which macs dont seem to like, presume youre using safari? try google chrome? the stream is supposedly 4200kbps on max which is about 4mb i guess. odd one..

Tried them all now Safari Chrome & Firefox on both high & low resolution.

no worries, try speedtest.net before you call them, tell them what youre actually running at

let me know what they say, puzzling one..

We have fibre to the end of the street from the exchange & i still cannot get more than 7 Meg on a X2 modem ridiculous.

It seems Karoo throttle their connections at peak times especially over the weekend even when you pay extra for them not to do it.

Just reminded them i pay a premium price for what is a poor quality of service.

The sooner one of the majors comes in and buys them out the better, hurry up Virgin.
