I dont think West Ham have begun demolishing Upton Park yet. Im sure they might rent it to the Wallies. Would only need to maintain half a stand to accommodate the masses of followers so surely couldnt charge much. One mowing a month of the pitch would also do for the pub league outfits

Once Lidl, Aldi and Poundland move into their new shops its a matter of weeks before JB sells TND for retail space.
Once B and M bargains or Hajibs "R" Us build a shop on the site you will be just a distant memory.

Grumpy lot on there,apparently I'm a member of Combat 18 according to the paddies on there,had to look it up,apparently the England fans who gave them a slappin in Dublin a few years back were part of Combat 18.
