A nice xmas with 6 points in the bag is what i want......I have sent Santa my wish list so he had better convince me he exists like i have always thought....I will be gutted if he does not exist as my wife has always told me not to come in the bed room as Santa is there and he dont want to spoil my surprise....:emoticon-0138-think

So many punchlines in there...who's going first <laugh>

These are the games that will define our season. I am really worried about our away form, I cant see where we are going to get the few away wins we would need with our home form to stay up. I am hoping for an improved away performance and hope we can come away with at least a point and pray we can nick all 3. I just hope tinker Bob doesn't make to many changes, but fear he will.

Staying positive 1-1 for me.

Rangel was one of our best players today , his link up play between himself ,Routledge Leon and Fulton gave stability and an attacking threat from both wings .
Agreed, but between it being West Brom we play and a mid week game I think Rangel should sit .
Regardless though , if Routledge starts I hope he plays on the right with Montero on the left ...Either Naughton or Rangel seem to play better with Routledge on the right

A conundrum , do we stick or twist . Naughton is defensive with limitation as an attack full back but has age on his time where as Rangel has experience to know when to attack and to sit back and defend but not as mobile as age is catching up .Myself I'd start with Rangel and leave the back four alone .the minimum changes to the start 11 the better and Routledge imo has still plenty to offer and I'd be happy with him with either Barrow or Montero starting but not both instead of Routledge .

Pretty excited about the Amat / Mawson combo .... maybe I just haven't been giving Amat the credit I should maybe ...but I'm a big fan of VDH . Haven't heard much about Llorente's injury but regardless maybe he should sit for the West Brom game , even if it's deemed he's ready and give Baston a game then fire Llorente back in for Boro .
Overall .... I'm just gleeful in general after Sunderland and most of my fear has subsided ... Llorente is just class IMO , the touch on his first goal was impressive. Siggy and Llorente both made team of gameweek 15..well done .

To be honest I've been disappointed with Amat (the exception Saturday ) he's not kicked on when I thought he would have with the chances his had this season , possibly the Club underestimated Williams influence as a Captain and leader ( although he's having criticism from Everton fans at the moment ) and thought Amat would slot straight in .Saturday was the 1st time that Mawson and himself played together and it was the first we didn't concede so something went right for us .The history of the PL is full of successful centre half partnerships and that is something we need to get right sooner rather than later otherwise we'll continue to leak goals
