Millwall must be gutted to be only second on the list. They pride themselves on things like that. Fulham 15th with 40 arrests? That must be a joke.
I expect Millwall will see that as a challenge. Having said that, the number of arrests alone is a bit disproportionate. Surely arrests vs ave home crowd is a better measure.

Another meaningless stat. It ought to be the number of arrests per 1000 ST holders or arrests per average attendance etc. I suspect the usual suspects would then be a country mile ahead of the others.
