Hey folks. Was a member over at 606, but didn't post much, checked in on the news, threads almost every day though. Was going by the name 'Keano on a Tractor' when I was posting, but its been a while. Thought I'd move over here, as it seems most of the main posters have chosen this place.
Looking at that original list Hampy it would seem that a we have lost a few faces since the beginning. I wonder whether we have lost them for good/to another site (twtd?) or if any of them log in occasionally to cast a glancing eye on our ITFC opinions?? It's a shame that we have been decreasing in numbers as these boards are a great place for most of us to get more of an idea of the goings on both on and off the pitch at ITFC (especially those who no longer live in the fair county of Suffolk)
Bloody Hell we've lost alot haven't we?? Though a surprising amount still sign in to have a look at whats going on by the look of it. Be great if we could get a few more of them posting, perhaps we could start a new thread for them of for a sticky for those wanting to introduce themselves? sounds a bit of a lame idea but as I said would be nice to get a few more posting!!
Good idea ptc. I still consider myself new to site but do try and post as often during the week as I can. It certainly looks like a lot of same people posting week in week out. Do enjoy it tho talking everything town and the occasional random banter.

cheers ...its taken a while i guess the short user name didnt help with the logging in but im here now and my goldfish was really called trevor whymark !
he was my hero so named my goldfish after him i was only about 12 at the time but there you go sadly the goldfish is no longer with us .....
i met him throughmy youth football team and still have a picture somewhere i liked him so much i named my goldfish after him !!!!
our youth football team met that team a few times presenting our awards etc he was my hero thats why the fish got its name
Trevor Whymark is one of my all time heroes when I first started going regularly to PR in the early 70s. He was just amazing in the air and at that time was arguably the best header of the ball in the League! I will always remember him scoring a hat-trick against West Brom and he scored one of the best ever "team" goals I have ever seen! Unfortunately he got badly injured during a Boxing Day Match against the Budgies in 1977 and wasn't the same player after that. Any team back in the early 70s would have begged to have Allan Hunter, Kevin Beattie, Colin Viljoen and Trevor Whymark but luckily we got there first! Welcome aboard Goldfish! Maybe we should start up a Trevor Whymark appreciation thread
Hello fellow tractor boys, after being a guest for long while i've decided to log in and offer my random opinions and comments, thought this thread would be the best way to introduce myself.
