For me it has to be Zlatan. The bloke has sublime skills and seems as mad as a box of frogs.. in a nice way off it. He's a breath of fresh air to the prem.
Mane when he's on song. Just think he has everything. Coutinho likewise but in a different way, that lovely low centre of balance. Hopefully Aguero this weekend... Of the young players Sane and Jesus look a real handful for City. Its interesting watching Pep, I think the PL has hit him like a hammer. He is fortunate though that they have huge funds and are hoovering up the worlds top talents.
being bias I will say Siggy, one piece of class in a crap side however will also agree with ACS, Zlatan is great
I don't think that I have any favourite footballers, either inside or outside of NUFC. The last time I had a favourite footballer outside of Newcastle was perhaps Peter Osgood and that's going back a bit. The last time I had a favourite footballer was when I used to watch Beardsley. I'd even turn up to watch Liverpool play because of him. But these days I couldn't give a fig about any of them and I don't even have a favourite rugby player these days as I can't understand the new game with five hundred replacements, scrums where you can't push and lineouts wide enough to park a bus in. The characters have gone from cricket too. There's a few jockeys that I really admire but that's about it. Formula One seems to have made their drivers even more duller than I thought possible. In fact, there's no-one I really care for when it comes down to it. Must be an age thing.
Am I right in thinking that there are only three footballers outside of NUFC at the minute? Jackie Milburn, Alan Shearer and Bobby Robson. Out of those three then my favourite as a player is Alan Shearer and my favourite as a person is Bobby Robson.
