Coincidence...... this morning!! Had the pelvis one 8 weeks ago which showed pelvic inflammation... today is the spinal one..... fingers crossed
It's strange how the memory works - reading that made my mind dredge up an episode of NYPD Blue from about 20 years ago. A character in the show was being put in to the 'toob' for an MRI, but only lasted 30 seconds before having a panic attack. I can't believe I suddenly thought of that...
The panic attack eh..... i was laying there thinking how easy it would be to have one... just like being in a coffin
Cheery sods, you! I find it hard not to sleep in it! If I knew I wouldn't move when asleep and mess it up, I would definitely nod off.
I hope so........ or at least it may prove safe to remedially exercise... as no one wants me to risk any spinal stretches up to now....
Goodness, it sounds very complex, with potential to confound practitioners, let alone the patient. My knee injuries meant I lost a lot of muscle definition on my thighs. The doctors say I need to build it up, but then you worry about damaging the knee! Is there similar concerns with yours or is it a case of resting something that can't be rested?!
Got the MRI result yesterday...... I have a disc bulge on Lumbar Vertebra 3 which is pressing the nerve on to the bone..... well at least i finally know what it is... Just got to do all I can to help it heal.....
Wow. Will that help the disc's bulge dissipate or is it a case of not getting worse as best scenario? No sitting . Looking for a return to terracing at the Vic?
Give the Tory Party Head office a ring - they're sure to have a spare rack they'd be willing to rent out.
