Nevertheless, I said later on in the post that it's still ****ing hilarious that they lost. So even if I did misunderstand you, you could have overlooked it. But you instead decided to create a futile argument over something that has absolutely nothing to do with the purpose of the OP.

They beat PSG a couple of weeks back which is more than arsenal could do......

Unfortunately we are not in the same illustrious competition as you guys.

I suppose I should have added that obviously they were the toughest team in the group, and I assume, were clear favourites to win. Players like Kuyt are top quality.

 

Well obviously your not in the same competition, who would make up the last 16 if you missed the CL.

Hmm, I feel that you may be leading into a WUM mission here and I will not allow this on my kind thread, however I will indulge you.

We have 3 giants of European football, in PSG, ludo something or another, and Basel, which I'm sure you'll agree, if The Arsenal manage to get through this group of death will be a miraculous feat.

Indeed. In fact I created this thread to add consolation to all our teams represented in Europe, firstly our close friends and tonight our northern chums. Unfortunately some (turns out to be The Arsenal fans) can not seem to share the love so much.

We all surely unite together in support of our English sides in Europe and you of all people I think would agree that you would love to see the Arsenal or city maybe even Leicester, win the champions league this year?

 

I would love to see any two of the English teams in the final (I find it hard to believe some wouldn't)
When United get back in the CL I will even congratulate one of the other English teams that year for being worthy runners up to us

 

Very sadly, I feel that unless your Europa results improve we may unfortunately be waiting a while to see you guys again.

 

Not too fussed about the EL but we really need to get our **** together in the league if we want to make CL that way

 

Well, you have the right manager to try to park the bus against sides and try to grind out some results. Unfortunately it won't be pretty to watch.
