    disposal for the 2016-17 campaign.
The Daily Mirror suggests that Liverpool will break their transfer record to sign RB Leipzig midfielder Naby Keita.

The Guinea international is valued at $65 million by the Bundesliga upstarts and Liverpool appear ready to splash the cash for the smooth central midfielder. Keita, 22, has he same agent as Sadio Mane and the report suggests that the Reds have already agreed to pay the RB Leipzig man in excess of $160,000 per week.

Keita is a true box-to-box midfielder and would be a big upgrade on the Reds’ current central midfield options of Lucas Leiva and Emre Can. Alongside Georginio Wijnaldum he would certainly be the more attacking of the two but they could dovetail superbly. Keita scored eight goals form midfield in his debut season for RB Leipzig in 2016-17 as they finished second in the Bundesliga behind Bayern Munich.

Other names linked with Liverpool in this report include Virgil Van Dijk, Ryan Sessegnon, Alexandre Lacazette, Luan and Leon Goretzka, as the paper suggests that Klopp will spend over $190 million following Liverpool’s qualification for the UEFA Champions League playoff round after finishing fourth in the Premier League in 2016-17.

Maybe he won’t spend that much, but Liverpool is two or three star players away from being genuine title contenders. If Klopp can sign Keita and Van Dijk, watch out the rest of the Premier League…

We'd need to boost squad numbers with a few loan signings I think. I still think some of those Barca players signed over the last two seasons could do with change of environment.
But the figures being bandied about is pure madness.

If we get Keita we'll probably pay a fair bit less than £50m.....all this **** is clubs and agents trying to set the bar as high as possible.

Liverpool are the favourites to sign West Ham attacker Manuel Lanzini this summer, according to the latest betting odds.

Bet Victor have priced the Reds as 3/1 to sign the 24-year-old Hammers attacking midfielder before the September 3 transfer deadline.
Premier League rivals Tottenham are also in the running to sign the Argentine as they trail Liverpool with odds of 4/1, while Merseyside rivals Everton have been valued at 6/1.

Lanzini has been a bright star for West Ham after completing a move to the club from Al Jazira Club in the summer of 2015 in an initial loan deal.

He has since made the permanent switch to east London after returning a very fine 15 goals and seven assists in 73 matches in total for Slaven Bilic’s side.

Last season he also managed a return of eight goals and two assists in 35 league appearances for West Ham despite the club’s struggles which saw them finish in 11th place in the Premier League in the last campaign.

Liverpool and Tottenham meanwhile have stars such as Roberto Firmino, Philippe Coutinho, Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli in their attacking midfield spots, but both Mauricio Pochettino and Jurgen Klopp could be looking to add more depth this summer.

West Ham bid for Iheanacho, massive mistake if we don't bid for him imo.

Yes, unless City don't want to sell to another top 4 club, or we already have better targets in mind

IMO Everton should be in for him too, great upgrade on Lukaku

Strange one. Not seen anything of him, 23, not played for Brazil yet. Seems a hell of a lot. Thought would go after more established keeper, or the young Italian 17 year old.
